Repairs and Servicing

EcoPure Solutions offer water softener repairs and servicing for all makes of water softeners in the South of England

We repair and service all of the major brands and many of the obscure makes of water softeners, even if you didn't purchase it from us.  We are trained by the manufacturers and regularly update our skills. We never use sub contractors, only employees of EcoPureSolutions carry out servicing and repairs.

Our home visit call out charge is £65.00. This includes the first 60 minutes of labour. Parts costs will vary depending on what is required. You will be given an estimate before any work is carried out. This applies to softeners out of their manufacturer warranty. If you have bought a reconditioned softener from us, you are covered with a one or two year warranty including parts and labour.  We can usually repair your softener in situ. If we do need to take it away we will leave you with a temporary water softener, you will never be left without soft water. We can service all makes of electric and non-electric softeners.

If you are experiencing problems with your water softener then please give us a call on 07478 141258 or fill out the form on our contact page, giving the key details of the problem and make of water softener.

If you need to turn off your water softener until an engineer arrives follow the below steps. This will isolate your water softener.

  • Follow the inlet and outlet pipes away from the softener to where they join onto your main copper pipework. Each of these pipes will have a valve on it which will currently be open. Turn these 2 valves 90' to turn them both off.
  • In between these 2 valves on your main pipework you will see a bypass valve, this will currently be closed to make your water softener work, you need to turn this valve 90' to open it in order to get water back to the house.
  • If your water softener is plugged into the electricity supply then be sure to turn it off at the mains.
